About Sara
Hi, my name is Sara Smith! I'm an award-winning professional photographer based in the Omaha, Nebraska area. I am a proud member of Professional Photographers of America. (Only a handful are from the Omaha area!)
I've always had a passion for photography. I turned my passion into a profession when I started taking sessions in 2005, and later received my degree in Commercial Photography in 2008. I've worked as a photographer in the newspaper industry, in portrait studios, as well as managed retail photo labs. But ultimately, my main goal was to start my own business one day! Starting Sara Smith Photography, LLC has blessed me with spending more time with my husband and our 2 beautiful children!
