Wedding Investment
There is a date reservation fee prior to all wedding sessions, which is 25% of the collection total, and is due at the time of booking. Your date reservation fee needs to be paid as soon as possible. This reserves your special day and will guarantee no other sessions will interfere! After all, it is YOUR day! Your date reservation fee is non-refundable, but 100% transferable at no charge if given 60 days notice (subject to availability). It is included in the collections listed on this page and would be subtracted from your final total.
While all my collections come with print releases, prints bigger than 8x10 are to be printed through Sara Smith Photography, LLC only. This is to ensure you receive the best quality print possible! I highly recommend using a professional lab and not a retail lab for all your printing needs 8x10 or smaller! SSP is not responsible for photos printing more/less saturated, lighter/darker, or the quality of the print itself.
After your wedding, we will set a date for an ordering session, typically 6 to 8 weeks later. This way you can order exactly which photos you would like to include in your collection! I will bring gorgeous print and canvas samples for you to view. Payment for your products and/or additional digital images that are not included in your collection is due at your ordering session.

Intimate Weddings
Intimate weddings are weddings with 30 people or less, whether it's a quiet backyard wedding, or an adventurous wedding in a beautiful national park! Collections for intimate weddings are customized based on location and hours. Collections include 2 professional photographers, unless requested otherwise.
